More changes are coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Before Toy Story Land makes its debut next year and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge opens in 2019 and, Grand Avenue will welcome guests this fall.

This “new” area, which will take the place of the remaining Streets of America area as well as the space currently known as Muppets Courtyard, which just received its name last year. The courtyard will be re-named Grand Park, with the Grand Avenue area will extending down to Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano.

Muppet Vision 3D is sticking around for now, though recent visitors to the park may have noticed that the theater has a new marquee and is now called the Grand Arts Theatre. The popular speculation is that the show could be more easily swapped out for something new in the future.

It’s unclear as of now what will become of the planter featuring Miss Piggy in front of the theatre (formerly a fountain), as well as other Muppets elements in the area.

The recently announced BaseLine Tap House is going in on Grand Avenue where the Writer’s Stop used to be, and the building facades just past that will feature a music shop, a tailor, loft apartments and more. Eventually there will also have to be a transition from Grand Avenue to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. it feels like the transition might be a little trickier here than the transition from Frontierland at Disneyland. It’ll be interesting to see the differences between the east and west coast versions.
